• Services Provided
  Life Insurance Works LLC provides life insurance, health insurance, and Medicare services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue offering certain life insurance, health insurance, or Medicare products in the future.

Any products that have been offered through Life Insurance Works LLC will be serviced for the full life of that contract or as long as we are your agent.

• Use of Services
  You agree to use Life Insurance Works LLC as a broker for insurance products, as that is our main function. We do not endorse any single carrier, as we are independent.

• SMS & Messaging Terms
  If you use our services and receive SMS messages or emails, you must opt in to receive messages and may opt out to discontinue messages.
• SMS messages will be for setting and confirming appointments
• Data and message rates apply
• Carriers are not responsible or liable for messages
• You must be 18+ to use this site

• Client Responsibilities
  As our client, you agree to provide accurate, lawful information. We ask for respectful communication with our staff, and we commit to treating you with the same respect and professionalism.

• Limitation of Liability

1.This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to mattcarmel.agent@gmail.com

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

We act as a broker for life insurance, health insurance, and Medicare. Any policy you take out creates a direct contract between you and the insurance company. We serve as your agent for the long term and will assist you with that policy throughout its life.
